Tower and keep upgrades should not cost gold - stone + wood/food Ram allins are probably unstoppable due to how the TC currently functions. Town Centre should be able to be retargeted. Some map seeds on Archipelago would occasionally place both Sacred Sites on the same island, on the same part of the map, sometimes within the same screen, example: Relics can spawn on the very edge of map and are not able to be collectedīuildings can deform the terrain through fog of war, specifically TCs when they are placed are able to be seen without vision
Age of empires 4 beta upgrade#
HRE Man at Arms two handed maces upgrade severely reduces the unit’s attack speed, to the point where it’s actively harmful to upgrade it. Lumber camps can be placed on top of currently felled trees, destroying them
Age of empires 4 beta Patch#
Mills will sometimes destroy a berry bush if placed next to a patch of themĭocks also do this with shore fish sometimes, however this is less worrisome Sometimes garrison>ungarrison fixes it, sometimes he is just a deadweight healy boy You can’t manually cast it either the button greys out. Prelate (HRE) bugs out randomly, stops auto-casting. There are probably minor things we all collectively missed, so perhaps a few things might be added to this post… but theyre probably not that important since we got most things. Long post, but hopefully some of the feedback gets looked at (specifically UI and Hotkey / Unit Control sections) as the game is solid but falls short of what can be a great RTS.

Our desire is to highlight opportunities to optimise the competitive multiplayer aspect of the game. As I mentioned in the original thread months ago, we are all competitive RTS players so that skews our perspective on certain things. Well, now we have 3 of the top 25 closed beta players (HuT - 6th, Seither - 9th and iaguz - 11th) with 2 more high level gamers (PandaBearMe and TheChapster) with our combined thoughts on the game. Some of you who were around for the Closed Beta will recognise this sort of post from myself and iaguz providing our first impressions (First impressions from two former SC2 pros). The Abbasids, on the other hand, will be able to build siege machines without the need to research them.Reposted since Stress Test forum was deleted. The Russians will do best far from urban centers, gaining bonuses to hunting, plant gathering, and combat units while in the field. The Holy Roman Empire will use prelates to strengthen the economy, and in battle will rely on armies consisting mainly of infantry. The descriptions suggest that the French will rely on cavalry and will be able to accelerate building of fortifications. According to the leak, in addition to them, AoE4 weill also feature civilization like the Abbasids, the French, the Holy Roman Empire, and the Russians. So far, the developers have confirmed that the game will feature four civilizations: Chinese, Mongols, English, and the Delhi Sultanate.

Until it is officially confirmed, however, it should be approached with caution, but it looks credible, especially since it's in the form of screenshots of description cards, rather than only text. Waiting for the start of the beta may be made more enjoyable by the leaked information about the civilizations.
